We reserve the right to cancel part or all of any pre paid order we receive.
Refunds or partial refunds on orders can be arranged unless the order has been completed and shipped.
Refunds or partial refunds on orders completed will be considered depending on the circumstances of the
request. This may incur a handling charge.
Refunds may take several days to return to your bank account, credit card or paypal account.
If you have made a payment into 1 of our poker accounts then the refund will be actioned within minutes after we
have agreed on the amount to be refunded and it will then be down to the internal transfer system of the individual
poker site.
Any discrepancies must be submitted by email within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Any acts of fraud, deception or criminal intent will be reported to the relevant government agency.
We retain the right to publish information on our website and other websites/forums of anyone who is proven to
have committed fraud, deception or a criminal act which has involved this website. We will do this to protect others
and to shame the individual responsible.
When we send funds for items we are purchasing it is up to the seller to ensure we are giving the correct
information so we can make the payment transaction go as smoothly as possible and reach the correct destination.
Where possible we will try and rectify the situation where a payment has been made in error acting upon the
information given by the seller, however if the situation cannot be rectified then the seller is wholly responsible for
any loses he/she incurs.
If we make an error having been giving the correct information by the seller we will rectify and resend payment as
soon as possible.
When trading chips on a poker table we will not talk to or respond to talk from a buyer or seller so we ask you not
to try and engage us in any conversation.
On completion of a sale of play chips we will not be held responsible for any chip loss that might occur due to the
intervention of the poker site for example account closure or chip confiscation.
We do not and will not share any information we have received with any 3rd party.
We reserve the right to amend any or all of these terms and conditions at 48 hours notice. Any new terms and
conditions will not affect any trading done during the terms and conditions replaced or amended.
